This Cookie Policy explains how Cepte Kalsın uses cookies, local storage, tags and similar technologies on the public website and web app. Similar technologies include any method that stores information on your device or reads information from your device.
In short: Necessary cookies and local storage keep the service secure and usable. Analytics tools are optional. We do not load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager until you allow analytics cookies. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural profiling cookies.
1. Technologies we use

2. Why we use cookies and similar technologies
- To sign you in and keep your session secure.
- To prevent unauthorised access, fraud and abuse.
- To remember interface preferences such as language, theme and cookie choice.
- To detect technical errors and keep the service stable.
- To understand public website traffic and improve the landing page if you allow analytics cookies.
3. Necessary vs optional technologies
Necessary technologies are used because the service cannot be provided securely without them. Optional analytics technologies are used only after you give consent through the cookie banner or cookie preference controls. Continuing to browse without clicking “allow” is not treated as consent for optional analytics. Google Consent Mode signals are set to denied by default before analytics is allowed; if you allow analytics, only analytics measurement is enabled. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied because we do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics data is not combined with your in-app financial records and is not used for advertising profiling. If you refuse or withdraw analytics consent, analytics scripts are not loaded for new measurement and the app attempts to remove known analytics cookies that it can remove from your browser.
5. Managing your choices
- You can accept or reject optional analytics from the cookie banner.
- You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer.
- You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
- If you block necessary cookies, login and core web-app features may not work correctly.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this Cookie Policy if the technologies we use change. If we introduce new non-essential cookies, advertising cookies or new third-party tracking tools, we will update the cookie banner and ask for consent where required.
